The items offered through this website will be available in mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Portugal, Italy, and Germany. For purchases in Ceuta, Melilla, and internationally, please contact us in advance by email.

Products

All product orders are subject to availability. Therefore, if there are supply difficulties or if items are out of stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or greater quality and value that you may order. If we do not offer substitute products or you do not wish to order such products, we will refund any amount you may have paid within a maximum of 30 days.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from www.baikis.es at any time and/or to remove or modify any materials or content on the website. We will not be liable to you or any third party for withdrawing any product, removing or modifying any materials or content on the website.

The liability of www.baikis.es for non-conformity of the product shall be governed by the provisions of 114 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

Shipment

Unless there are extraordinary circumstances, Baikis will ship the order of the product(s) listed in the Shipping Confirmation before the delivery date indicated in the Shipping Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within 48-72 hours from the date of the Shipping Confirmation. During sales periods, Black Friday or Cyber ​​Monday, orders may take up to 1 week. The shipping cost is €4.95 in mainland Spain, €6.90 in the Balearic and Canary Islands, and €5.20 in Portugal. The delay may be due to, among others, the following reasons:

If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, due to reasons other than product unavailability, we will inform you and give you the option to continue with the purchase by scheduling a new delivery date. Shipping costs are free for orders over €100. If, for reasons attributable to the buyer (e.g., absence from the delivery location, incorrect address, etc.), delivery of the product is not possible, the postal service will contact you to provide the appropriate information so you can collect the order.

Price

The price of the products will be as stipulated at any given time on our website. The prices on the website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.

Payment methods

Payment can be made in euros via Stripe with major debit or credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Bizum. Cash on delivery for handovers.

Errors in orders

If you have placed an order and it has an error in the address or duplicate quantities, it can be modified (in the case of errors in the address and/or quantities) or cancelled (in the case of duplicate quantities) with a partial refund if you contact Baikis within the first 24 hours after placing the order. If the 24-hour period has passed and no error has been reported, Baikis will consider the order correct, so it will proceed as a normal order, in accordance with Baikis' exchange and returns policy. In the event that a duplicate product or order has not been notified of an error within those 24 hours and the customer returns it at the time of delivery, Baikis will not be held responsible. A voucher will be generated for the value of the purchased product, less the return shipping costs.

Since this item is available for pre-order, it will be shipped within 15 days as it is currently out of stock but awaiting replenishment. Shipping times after the pre-order period are 24-72 hours.
